Make a bot (AI helper)
Bot Builder makes a small AI helper from picklists, so you never have to write instructions. Put it on a button and one tap opens a chat with it.
- Open Menu → Bot Builder.
- Tap a starter such as Dinner Tonight, Homework Buddy or Grandma's Helper, or pick what the bot does yourself.
- Finish the sentence: who it's for, what it should know about, what it helps with and how it should sound. More options has reading level, answer length, language and things to avoid.
- Add up to 4 quick-reply buttons, give it a name, and type a test message under Try it.
- Tap Save bot. Then tap Edit, tap a button, set Action to Open a bot and pick your bot.
- In Use mode, tap that button to chat. Tap New chat to start fresh.
Good to know
- Free accounts get 30 bot messages a month without tokens; after that each message costs 1 token. Pro includes more.
- Free remotes can have 2 bot buttons; Pro has no limit.
- Bots are AI and can make mistakes. They won't give medical, legal or money advice.
- Bots for kids always use simple words and keep things friendly.
